"Going through the construction of a building for the first time was a very intimidating experience for me. I was very grateful for the folks at RJ Miller, especially Tim Love and Trevor Browne, as they were with me every step of the way. Both of these men were committed to excellent work and were on-site daily to oversee the construction to that end. Their follow-up postconstruction has exceeded my expectations. If and when we build phase II, RJM will be our first call."

"As this building has some unconventional design requirements, the expertise used to eliminate some of the design hurdles was exceptional. Many were worked out in RJM’s offices as well as on site. I highly recommend RJ and his staff as a General Contractor and will be happy to discuss any further capabilities that they have with any potential client that they are seeking to do work for".

Please call me, personally, if I may aid you in anyway"

"I can't say enough great things about RJM Contractors. We have used RJM for smaller projects ($1 million) as well as large ($26 million). RJM is a reflection of it's people and it's people are the best! They are dedicated, hard working, and extremely creative. I highly recommend RJM!"

"Dear Trevor,
I want to take this opportunity to express our appreciation to RJM and all your staff for the superior construction project that you are managing at the Center for BioHealth building on our campus. The tenants which are now occupying the phase one laboratories, offices, break room and conference room which you completed around March on levels two and four are very pleased with the quality of the project.
Our entire facilities' team at the Fort Worth Health Science Center is also appreciative of you and your subcontractors for hanging in there to complete the project on time even though major problems have been encountered during construction which were not under your control. I realize that multi-million dollar projects are difficult enough when everything does go right, not to mention a multi-faceted project with the state of the art technological laboratories which our project incorporates.
I believe that the phase two laboratories & offices are going much smoother with all the trades on the project even though some of the problems mentioned above continue. At this time we are anticipating completion of the total project this fall on time. It has been a pleasure to partner with you all on this project and we hope to do so again on future projects. Please give everyone on your staff our gratitude for everything accomplished thus far."
Sincerely,
Robert E. Short, Jr. P.E.
