Description

The Rockwood Clubhouse & Maintenance Yard project was a ground-up multi-level golf clubhouse with new kitchen, event space, cart storage barn, patios, and site upgrades including new parking. This project also included new upgrades at the maintenance yard area as well. All work was done while maintaining operations of the golf course as well as the First Tee Building adjacent to the new clubhouse.
